Rewire is built for brains like ours — and brains like ours deserve privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. We wrote it to be read, not skimmed past.
Onboarding asks whether you've been diagnosed with ADHD. Answering is always optional and skippable. Your answer is treated as sensitive data: it is used only to tune the app's tone and which Library cards appear first. It is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties, never included in analytics events, and never used to gate or route features. You can delete it at any time in Settings, which removes it from our systems.
Rewire is a wellness app. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice, and your responses in the app are not medical records.
When Rewire generates your plan, your goal text and quiz answers are sent to our AI processing provider to produce your schedule and reflect your wording back to you. This data is used only to generate your plan, is transmitted encrypted, and is not used to train third-party models.
When app blocking features ship, they will run on Apple's Screen Time framework (Family Controls). Apple's design means your app usage data and blocklists are processed on your device. We do not receive a list of the apps you use or block.
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Delete account, or by emailing us. Deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days.
Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
Rewire is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes materially, we'll notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
