Rewire is a productivity and wellness app that helps you plan time toward your goals and manage screen time habits. Rewire is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app is a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you have concerns about ADHD or your mental health, talk to a clinician.
You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 13 years old to use Rewire.
The goals and text you enter remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the app for you (for example, generating your plan). See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no interfering with the service, no using Rewire for anything unlawful.
Rewire is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we make no guarantees about outcomes — your results depend on you (that's kind of the point).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niche Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rewire. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
